Dual-Injector CO₂ Boost Control System
Hurricane Dual-Injector CO₂ Boost Control System
Built for high-performance turbocharged and drag-racing applications, the Hurricane Racing Engines Dual-Injector CO₂ Boost Control System is a fast, precise alternative to a conventional MAC-style boost control solenoid. Instead of relying on one pneumatic boost control valve, the system uses two Bosch 210 injectors: one dedicated to increasing CO₂ pressure and one dedicated to decreasing wastegate dome pressure.
Independent increase and decrease control allows a compatible ECU to manage both directions of dome-pressure adjustment. The injectors respond to pulse-width control, giving the ECU a repeatable way to add or remove CO₂ during a run. This makes the assembly useful for racers searching for an electronic boost controller, dual-solenoid boost controller, wastegate CO₂ controller, or MAC-valve alternative.

IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTE
This is not a universal manual boost controller. The ECU must support the required dual-output control strategy. Confirm ECU outputs, wiring, pressure strategy, wastegate configuration, plumbing, and tuning requirements before ordering. Call Hurricane Racing Engines at (530) 492-9393 for fitment help.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is this a MAC valve?
No. It is a Hurricane-designed dual-injector CO₂ boost control system and an alternative to a conventional MAC-style pneumatic solenoid arrangement.
Why use two injectors?
One injector adds CO₂ to increase dome pressure while the second removes pressure. This gives a compatible ECU independent control over both directions.
Does it control wastegate dome pressure?
Yes. It is designed to meter CO₂ into and out of the wastegate dome as commanded by a properly configured compatible ECU.
Will it work with my EFI system?
Compatibility depends on the ECU, available outputs, wiring, and control strategy. Contact Hurricane before ordering if you are unsure.
